Warm sofa needed for Barleys golden months.
Reason for surrender – Barley was transferred to us from another rescue following animal welfare officer involvement in his case.
Barley recently arrived with us and at 14 years young he does have a few age related issues. We know this will probably make adoption more difficult. However we are sure this gentleman can still bring a lot to any household and he still has so much love to give, We do however see that this wee gentleman can bring so much love and warmth to a home. He sure is making impressions on the team here.
Barley appears to have very limited hearing and the eye sight will of course not be what it once was.
Barley loves his food, but because of the age related issues your job is to gently hand deliver his treats direct to his mouth.
We are currently monitoring Barley closely to ensure he is comfortable, we are discussing with our vets whether some pain relief may benefit him.

We are open Wednesdays and Saturdays from 1.30pm – 4.00pm.
