Connor had found himself in our care due to a change in his owner’s personal circumstances. His previous owner had mentioned that he can swipe and bite. While at the sanctuary we haven’t had any issues apart from the odd swipe and hiss, but we will leave him to settle when this occurs. He can feel quite protective over his area, so allow him a safe space he can retreat back to if he feels uncomfortable. He is very friendly and loves head pats but on his own terms, just allow him to approach you first. He is a big boy weighing 7.5kg, but don’t let his size fool you, as he is agile enough to jump on top of our shelving units! He spends most of his days lounging on his pillow fort.
Connor could live an indoor/outdoor lifestyle once he has had the appropriate amount of time to settle. He would need to be in a single cat household as he doesn’t like other cats and would also need to be an adult only home.
