Stormy
Female
2 Years
Husky
Reason for surrender- Not enough time to meet Stormy’s needs.
Stormy has been with us a few weeks now. On arrival we quickly noticed that Stormy was uncomfortable being touched around her neck. We were unsure if this was pain or behaviour related. Xrays have shown nothing unusual but nonetheless we have started Stormy on a pain relief trial. This coupled with a building of a patient relationship has allowed Stormy to trust the team enough to put a collar and harness on. While this will need continued with a new adopter we feel now is the time to search for that special person away from the stress of kennels.
Breed experience and a patient force free approach will benefit Stormy and hopefully allow you to develop a trusting relationship.
Stormy could potentially live with another dog pending successful meet and greets.
Stormy could live with older children aged 13 + years who have a sensible approach to dogs.
