Rizzo and Pip were surrendered due to housing issues.
Rizzo and Pip have taken a wee bit of time to come around and feel comfortable with us here and will likely need a bit of time to feel fully comfortable with potential adopters.
They have been used to living outdoors for most of their lives with brief periods indoors so potential adopters will need to be prepared to help settle them in to indoor living and housetraining.
They’re a really sweet pair when they feel comfortable with you and have enjoyed playtime in our outdoor areas and playing with their squeaky toys. They had never been on leads prior to surrender but have been doing really well with their lead training with us and have been able to go on walks when it’s quiet.
At this stage we would like both Rizzo and Pip to be rehomed together and so applications for both dogs together will be looked at first.
Rizzo and Pip could live with children of any age who have a sensible approach to dogs and could live with another dog pending successful meet and greets. They have lived with a cat previously and feel like they may be able to again.
