Ozzy
Male
4 months old
DSH Black
Ozzy was handed in to us as a stray kitten back in July.
During his initial health checks with us, Ozzy snap-tested positive for FIV. However, kittens under 6 months of age can often test falsely positive for FIV due to maternal antibodies. We decided to retest Ozzy’s bloods with a PCR test and let him settle into home life and learn about the world with one of our foster carers while we waited for the results. Thankfully, Ozzy’s blood tests results have came back negative for FIV, and this happy, healthy little man is ready to find his forever home.
Ozzy’s foster care has told us that: “he is a very friendly and confident little guy who will jump up beside you for attention and likes to investigate new things.
He loves: belly rubs, foot massages, zoomies up and down the stairs, sitting up high in his cat tower and eating chicken, tuna, wet kitten food (not so keen on dry food) oh and the chicken flavoured Martha’s Tasty Licks are the best.”
Ozzy could live with children of any age with a sensible approach to cats and he could live with other cats with a slow introduction.
